Participants may perform the T’ai Chi Chih movements standing, seated or using a chair for balance. Wear comfortable clothing and flat, soft-soled shoes or heavy socks. This activity is cosponsored by HealthEast Capistrant Center and is a Parkinson’s Friendly program. Please consult your movement disorders specialist and care team before beginning any exercise program.
