Tai Chi For Parkinson’s and Wellness a Chinese exercise of slow circular movements that help promote energy flow and a sense of well-being. This Tai Chi can be done standing or sitting in a chair. You will receive multiple benefits either way. This class is designed to help improve the following: balance, coordination, concentration, srength and mental well-being. The cost is $5 per session. Attend seven sessions and the eighth session is free. As a beginner, your FIRST Session is FREE. New participants are welcome come the first Monday of the month at 10 a.m. for orientation.
