You’ll get the knowledge, skills and support you need to make better nutrition and exercise choices. The difference can reduce your risk of disease and improve your everyday quality of life.
Pre-registration is required by May 11. A minimum of 10 participants is required to present this workshop.
A cost/share or donation will be required for participant materials.
