Struthers Tai Chi Chih Beginners

Dancing with Parkinson's

Dancing with Parkinson’s continues into springtime! As the snow melts and the birds  return, come celebrate spring with movement.
No experience necessary for this dance class. You just need an interest in having fun.

Sit or stand, come alone or with a partner/caregiver and enjoy the live music and social interaction. Classes are held at the Maplewood
Community Center, 2100 White Bear Avenue North, in Maplewood.

Parkinson’s Dance Studio

Parkinson’s Dance Studio class is based on the Dance for PD model of the Mark Morris Dance Group and Brooklyn Parkinson Group. The class draws on modern dance, jazz, ballet, tap and folk dance. It is a fun way for people to get together, move (seated, standing, or both) and enjoy music. No experience necessary.
