Membership is open to anyone wishing to promote Parkinson's disease awareness.
	Annual memberships are $25.00 per household.
	Memberships received after September 1st apply to the next calendar year.
	All local funds are used for education and support activities for the Parkinson's community in our state.
	Members receive a year's subscription to Linked Together, PAM's quarterly newsletter.
	All members receive an official PAM membership card.
	Information about the free membership Membership Celebration, the Twin Cities Walk for Parkinson's Disease, and the Golf Tournament.
